A favourite event for both locals and visitors is just around the corner! GMB will once again open its doors to everyone free of charge throughout the weekend. A diverse programme and current exhibitions will be accessible on Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 to 18:00. Come and experience the atmosphere of art at Mirbach and Palffy Palaces.
Admission to all programmes and exhibitions is free during Bratislava City Days. The full programme of all participating city institutions is available on the BKIS ↗ website.

The unique painting Virgin Mary as Queen of Angels was stored in the GMB depository for decades, during which its condition gradually deteriorated. Between 2011 and 2017, it underwent restoration in three phases. Come and discover the story of the artwork and its restoration.
