Educational programmes – guided tours, animations and creative workshops – take place in the historical buildings of Pálffy Palace and Mirbach Palace of the City Gallery of Bratislava. They are aimed at all children and students, from kindergartens, primary and secondary schools to institutions of higher education and interest groups. The programmes provide guidance to visitors, enabling them to discover the world of art through personal experience. They form a complementary part of art education, aesthetics, art history, religion and Slovak language. To meet individual requirements, educational programmes can be tailored or offered as free time activities designed to accompany permanent exhibitions and selected temporary shows throughout the year.
GUIDED TOURS
The gallery provides an opportunity to attend a series of meetings focused on the creative process of artistic experience, ranging from Gothic to contemporary art. Each programme can be supplemented with a creative activity at the exhibition halls.
