Tickets

Tickets can be purchased at the ticket offices of both palaces or online in the event details. Each ticket, whether for a program or an exhibition, entitles the customer to a one-time visit to all exhibitions in the given palace. Payment by card is possible at the cash desk.   • Students of fine art, art history, architecture, aesthetics, or cultural studies (upon presentation of an ISIC card or an Academic Transcript)
  • Tour guides, if accompanying a group
  • Educators, if accompanying a group
  • Exhibition opening events and closing events
  • Employees of Bratislava City Hall, Bratislava City Museum, Bratislava Cultural and Information Centre, or Ministry of Culture (upon presentation of employee card)
  • Family members of GMB employees when accompanied by the employee
  • GMB collaborators and partners, and guests of the exhibition curator

School visits that do not participate in the learning programme

  • €0 – Educators supervising a group
  • €0 – Pupils and students under 18 years of age
  • €2 – University students not majoring in art

Give a season ticket.

If you want to give a GMB season ticket as a gift but are unsure who will use it, you can choose this option. On the first visit to the GMB, the recipient will receive a physical season ticket in the name they enter. The voucher must be exchanged within six months of its issue.

The season ticket is not valid for programs and accompanying events (curated processions, concerts, lectures, workshops, etc.)

Buy for yourself

The season ticket allows unlimited entry to both GMB palaces to all exhibitions and permanent exhibitions during the validity period of 365 days. The validity of the season ticket begins on the day of purchase, is non-transferable and is issued in a name. You can buy it at the cash desk or here. You will receive the season ticket electronically by e-mail, and the first time you visit GMB at the cash desk, you will receive a physical season ticket.
