Spectral Museum

Museums have never been autotelic institutions. With their specific forms of work based on material evidence of the development of nature and society, they build a picture of reality that reflects the prevailing distribution of power. The process of historical objectification makes it possible to see the world without partial contradictions and ideological collisions. The museums have always reflected the state of society, and so logically, the working class has no place in this institution today. Allegedly fragmented, the working class is like a ghost: sometimes it is scary but more frequently invisible. Nevertheless, it is a subject of history that does not belong to the past. The fact that it is likely to play a significant role in the future makes it a focus of our interest. The Spectral Museum thus reflects the present state of the museum, the working man and the entire society.
