PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO FILMING OF WORKS OF ART
1.    The City Gallery of Bratislava lends photographic material relating to the works of art in its collections and grants permission to take photographs and make video films based on the application that can be delivered by post, by fax or by e-mail (ask for the receipt).
2.    The application must be accurate and must contain all information required (list of works, contact information, reason for lending the object).
3.    The application will be assigned to the respective department and to a person in charge.
4.    The charges for the material required will be set according to the valid price list of the City Gallery of Bratislava, depending on the way of use (reproduction, study etc.).
5.    The City Gallery of Bratislava reserves the right to decide on the extent of the material provided.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO FILMING IN THE INTERIORS OF THE PALACE
1.    Taking photographs without using a flash and tripod for private use is permitted.
2.    The City Gallery of Bratislava reserves the right not to permit photography at individual exhibitions. The visitors will be noticed of the ban in the form of a pictogram by the entry to the exhibition rooms.
3.    Photography and video filming in the interiors of the palace for commercial use is only permitted with the prior written consent of the gallery and will be charged according to the valid price list of the City Gallery of Bratislava.
4.    Video filming for the purpose of a news programme is free of charge.
